Shipping policy
- We mainly offer shipments on FOB terms. All destination freight, customs duties, taxes and local delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Dropshipping is available. We ship individual orders straight to your customers without including our invoices or branding.
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Transit times vary by shipping option and location. We are not liable for uncontrollable delays including customs holds and carrier disruptions.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.
